Blizzard is going out of their way for the first time ever to release a teaser for an expansion to an exhisting franchise, and also they are making a huge deal about the release of a game that we have known about for over a year now.
That deffinatly would be ground breaking and something that Blizzard would do.

2nd symbol being a diablo rune
not to mention the purple picture either being a monster from wow or some purple diablo
