I say Diablo. Duriel wasn't too hard as long as you're not completely physical attack based (I never am). Diablo's hard because he always kills me every time i his room with either the lightning hose or the fire ring.

well i was thinking about WoW and all that shit... but i was thinking, what would happen if they made a "DiabloCraft"? so it would be like you are in diablo universe making towns and trying to kill off everyone else. you can choose 3 sides: heaven, humans, or hell. then you can make armies, make heroes, etc.
