you can reroll the item on the class u want to use it on, by going to the cube and spedning some bounty maps.
fill your cube with items as well, i am missing 1 item from my cube, in non season.
farm bounty mats and store them, keep 1 of each of the items you listed, then go and reforge the legendary (50FS 5x each bounty), and it will reroll it with the STR/DEX/INTEL needed.
ofcourse its RNG, but it depends on how much you play, getting to P120 takes like 1 hour if you have some friends boosting you. i should know, i did such a boost for a friend this season, he passed P200 in just a few hours. then you prob dont get the gift until you hit higher paragon, but if yousolo everything, you play many more hours and have a greater chance at getting it.
anyway, they drop, ive gotten 2 or 3 just since my last post, and i played for half a day.
yeah RNG is rng, but i went about 800 para lvls with my mates (3 of us in total), before we witnessed our first drop, then they fell from the sky like they were going out of fashion, then once we used them all up, we didnt see any again till around para 900 in total we have seen about 12 this season. between 3 people.
add that to around 60+ act 1 bountie clears for my RoRg, i think that many ramalidinis is needed.
how many hours have you played this season? ive playes about 99 hours and ive gotten around 12 myself. got 5 in stash atm, used atleast 5 and given away 2 or 3 that i remember.
either i have alot more hours than you or you simply dont have any luck this season.
then again, this season it took me prob 30 tries atleast to get an ancient weapon by rerolling in cube, and i still had to continue to reroll before i was happy with the rolls. last 2-3 seasons i got my ancient weapon in 1-2 days with very good rolls.
in conclution: RNG can suck donkeyballs

I'm not sure what "new item organization system" you're talking about. There is no such thing. Nothing happens with stashes; the maximum number will be 10 (6 for everyone to buy, up to 4 from 4 Conqueror rewards from seasons) for some time. With the necro DLC at the end of 2017 you get another +2 stash tabs for a maximum of 12. But nothing else changes now or in any foreseeable future patch.

If you play on at least torment 6 you have a guarantee to get a cache legendary. From there there are a total of 5 different legendaries that can drop. So statistically you have at least a 20% chance to get the ring on torment 6 or higher.
Except if you like me, and it takes 4 hours of A1 cache T6 farming to get 1 single ring, like it did yesterday.
At one point i got the thorns bracers 8 times in a row........
imo they do not have the same drop rate from the cache, the ring is by far the rarest drop.

last season i did near on 200+ act 1 t10 bounties before i got the ring, my mates were so annoyed i had to do majority on my own, while they tried to push without me lol.
when your zdps gen monk doesnt have RoRg good lukc pushing lol.
You do know that ladders will be a different set of characters right.
aka the scoreboards will be:
1. Softcore - Non Ladder/Tiered Rifts
2. Softcore - Ladder/Tiered Rifts
3. Hardcore - Non ladder/Tiered Rifts
4. Hardcore - Ladder/Tiered Rifts
So farming in current Softcore will only open you up to non ladder tier rifts.
if there doing the ladders like D2, which im pretty sure they said they were, the characters we have now cant and wont be able to be used in the ladders.

wouldnt mind them adding a gift in for rings/necks as well TBH, would open up so many more builds.
