Well, you can say what you want of people, but you still have to deal with the concequences. If you don't care if people hate you and want to kill you for what you say, then sure, say it. People are allowed to get offended. I dunno, you'd have to look up ethics for the answer, but even then it wouldn't be clear.

Also, calling people names is still harrassing them. On a more extreme level, it can be compared to rape. If you rape someone even once, its still harassment, no matter how many times you do it. But that is on the extreme level, I suppose.

Well, I think (just IMO) there's a huge difference between verbal and physical assault. And I don't really think saying one or two bad things to someone is harassment, it's what you think. Now if you constantly say things to them and berate them, then yes it's harassment and should be punishable.

Of course, if they'd make Diablo III there would be no more violence in the world.

So, a Mexican citizen should come up to America and commit crimes, and it is no worse than an American citizen doing it? Commiting crimes is bad, no matter what, but I just don't see how you don't see anything wrong with a citizen from another country who is illegally living here commiting crimes, or for that matter even being in this country.

Why do you keep talking about how good of a person they are? I don't give a fuck how good of a person they are.

I gave an example of an illegal immigrant, someon who was not supposed to be in this country, killing Americans. That's an example of why illegals shouldn't be here. If he wasn't here, that wouldn't have happened. If we had our borders secure, that wouldn't happen. We also wouldn't have thousands to millions of illegals feeding off the country's econamy and not having to pay taxes, etc.

And what does being a good person have to do with anything? Newsflash: everyone in the world is a piece of shit in their own way, I'd just rather have them be an American piece of shit.
