I have a good suggestion: I wish Blizzard could give pets an aura ability, for example: each pet have a unique aura ability: Ghom Pet gives: 2% vitality, Cow king pet gives: 10% Magic find, The kid human pet gives: 5% increased dammage against humans etc.
and also upgrade the pets AI abit.
that would actually make pets viable for game play.
Pets should be cosmetic, your idea is really bad since there would be a "best" pet that everyone would use...
Troll? Have you not played a Pet Doctor? Half of your pet army just sits around doing nothing because they are stuck behind each other. It ruins the experience of playing Pet Doctor.
Blizzard really need to make it so the pets from WD or pets in general don't clip with each other. I run a WD pet build and half of my pets just stand around doing nothing because they are clipping with the other pets.
