I know this has probably been a question as countless times and answered countless times as well but I'm really having a hard time deciding which combination of weapons to use between TF/OS/Fulminator.
And also, which should I MH and OH. I'm using the Weapon Master passive and currently have 43% crit chance before Battle Rage. I'm running a lightning WW/HOTA barb right now. From numbers I see while playing, Thunderfury(MH)/Odyn Son(OH) seem to be the one doing more damage HOTA wise. I cant really keep up with the WW numbers though
It stacks, and so do earthquakes, as far as I know. That's why Lut Socks + the Earth set are so good together.
I haven't tried the Earth set, but I know for a fact that Tectonic Rift Avalanches stack.
Lahar is more sustained damage than Tectonic Rift, because it makes the skill recharge faster. Tectonic Rift is the same damage as basic, un-runed Avalanche. It just gives you the option to drop 3 Avalanches at one time for much higher burst damage. It still takes 30 seconds (minus fury spent) to get an Avalanche back, just like normal, though.
Edit: of course, you can time Tectonic Rift with Wrath of the Berserker or other buffs (Slam Dance, Wolf Companion, etc.) to really get a lot of damage out of that rune.

Hi there, I have been wondering about the Avalanche skill with Tectonic Rift rune. Does the damage stack if I use all 3 charges on the same area or does it not stack like Earthquake?? If it doesn't stack, is that the reason why the Lahar rune is preferable for Avalanche.
