I'm around 40 Black Thorn's pieces and 1 Raekor 2 Might of Earth Pieces. I think it's ok they are rare as it is end game for most classes. Though rng can be extremly frustrating at times
i'm around 42% crit 499% chd. The general rule is 1/10 on the ratio, but HoTA gives some added crit bonus. After runspeed is capped (25%) put the rest in max fury. I belive str > max fury when you get might of earth set.
Also try out resource cost reduction instead of Area DMG in paragon. The paragon is somewhat redundant if you are running bloodshed. I noticed no difference in clustered packs without it due to bloodshed rune. 10% resource redection in addition to Cindercoat lets you get off alot of hammer.
One other tip is to maintain fury high when fighting, due to the crit bonus on hota when your fury is high it's generally a bad idea to dump it to low, exceptions would be if you need to kill a pack quick before it kills you. For example, if an annoying elite pack (firechains, waller) attacks i'll use all my cooldowns and fury to burn it down asap. Playing HoTA barb solo and group is very different. In group on T5 i'll rotate ignore pain and ground smash if i'm tanking.
Superstition and armor passives can be good in some situations, but i think its always best to go full offence to test the limits of your character. Often killing things quick gives you more survivabiliy than in a prolonged fight.
Required toughness is somewhat relative, since the faster you kill the less toughness you need. Crafting 2 piece aughild and ashera is pretty strong until you can get a torment set (with ring of royal grandeur). I'm running around 8mill toughness unbuffed and 750k sheet (130% fire 45% elite dmg)
Alternatives abilites:
Battleshout with charge (works well with Chilanks Chain belt) for fury gain.
Ignore pain with ignornace is bliss (works well with pride of cassius) good for high torment groups if you lack a tank.
Ground stomp with the pull mobs rune - Also decent for groups or some solo play.
Sprint with preferred rune - Good for easy fast rifts (t3 solo with your gear)
Furious charge with stamina rune - For fury generation, battleshout more efficient here if you got MS belt.
Passives: Rampage - Ruthless - Weapon Master - Superstition - Brawler - Boon of BulKathos - All these passives are viable imo. Rampage is mandatory, rest are somewhat situational.
I dont use any HP regen or life per fury spent, i havent really been needing it for t4 solo. Health Globes and pots should be enough. From what i can see on your profile you are lacking offensive passives. Rampage is amazing, so are many of the other ones. I'd just run 4 offensive passives and test efficiency in t3 with your gear until you find a build you like.
