I apologize in advance if this has been asked before; however using the search function and browsing the first few pages I didn't see any threads about it.
I'm thinking about stepping into hardcore for the first time, and I know that in softcore most people just gear for full damage, which results in stacking some very different stats than you would if you were attempting to gear for survivability. What kind of stats (and more importantly, itemizations) are good for hardcore players? Do I still want crit/crit damage everywhere that I can get it, or would it be smarter to swap it out for life%, loh, etc?
