I totally disagree, i'm usually not a very physical person( I'm a Libra) but if you dis the idea of having your own little buddy i will lay the SMACK DOWN.

I'm not really sure how they could make infinite levels, but would be cool if they could. i see where you are coming from on the whole "only human" issue, and it could possible hurt the game. I was just thinking of was to add a new twist to Diablo 3 (I don't want the same game done over).
P.S. i think calling it "hella-stupid" was kinda harsh
Yeah I'd really like see more sub-division in the druid, necro, sorc, wizard classes. like have just a druid for transformation, and one for nature summons. i think one of the problems with diablo 2 was the vague classes, i mean the Sorceress could use fire, ice, and lightening. Iwould like see much larger division of classes like you could have a fire, ice, storm(lightening+wind), dark, light, telekenisis(physical almost), vorpral, enchantment(increases weapons armour stats), and maybe like Aeon class were they have a sort of Guardian, or maybe that could just be summoner.
Also I think the half human/half demon idea is brillant, maybe that could lead to different types of characters having different storys that go along with them. Like the half&half demon/human mix could be an outcast, while the Paladin is regarded as a hero by all, or maybe I'm just exspecting far to much out of Diablo 3(God I hope not)

I agree with kalmageddon, if they start adding in guns like they did to FFX-2 it will kill they whole feel of the game for me. I loved FFX, but as soon as i popped in FFX-2 i was sadly disappointed. I mean, yeah, the girls were hot but the whole BOOM BOOM gun thing ruined it for me(Also I really miss Ifrit).
