If I was you, Id probably write a letter to Blizzard explaining your distress, detail when and where it occurred (or reoccurs), provide a few blatantly simplistic alternatives, outline a schedule for how long you think it should take them to develop & implement said alternatives, and suggest potential outcomes if aforementioned alternatives are not implemented in accordance with the generous (allows ample time for leisure, i.e., nights, weekends, etc..) schedule you outlined. Send this via USPS, register with USPS online to receive mail sent/ mail received notifications. Once you confirm that they received your letter, take to the forums and rally people to boycott Blizzard & their products, quit Diablo 3, and go play WoW. That is of course, if I were you.
