I don't mind RNG and I have a feel for when it decided to not work... but playing a DH and getting a LEG bracer that has INT and has a proc based on BLIND seems ... off... just wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this. Compared to drops previous to this patch, the drops I have been getting post patch are more like PRE-smart loot. Since the original post, I've gotten two leg fist weapons and a mojo.
I'm not trying to whine, just wondering if this is intentional for seasons or if maybe, perhaps, someone in Blizzard has moved the wrong zero and added too many one's.
Just for reference, non-season, I have a level 70 of every class and my paragon is currently 410 and I've been playing since launch.
About to hit 70 and the past several legionaries that have dropped have been for different classes and have off class main stats (Int & Str for a Dex toon). Anyone else having this problem?
This is some copy pasta from the main Blizz forums **props to lol98**. The method actually worked. I would suggest having a Crusader or a Barb in the game as it seems to up my chances of the shield showing up (6 hours in game with a DH / 30 min in game with a Crusader). Might have just been some bad luck on my part. Happy hunting.
Look in the watchtower, and be patient. Every fifteen minutes the vendors items change. Do some bounties. It is what I did.
Here is the flawless method. It will work, I can not judge the time it will take you but if you follow my easy steps I promise you an ascended shield...
Method 1 (Guaranteed shield!)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1. Make new bounty rooms on normal (for ease)
Repeat this until you know for a fact the watchtower exists (Look for the scabbard quest in act1)
2. Do the scabbard bounty, and check the vendors inventory. You may just luck out and hit it on first try
3. Make a town portal FROM HERE and NEVER from anywhere else. NOTE THE TIME
(From now on you will be using the map warp-to locations to keep this portal to this vendor open.)
4. Go do a bounty, keep an eye on the time.
Every fifteen to seventeen or so minutes you need to go sell (check back with your vendor friend)
Make sure to use the map warp features so you can get back to the vendor using a town portal.
5.Repeat 4 as needed

2. (same as #2 above)
3. repeat by looping back to #1
