the last 2 weeks is what i'm talking about...don't think i'm hating on blizz. just stating that for 2.0 patches before RoS they should just say it will be longer due to having to fix way too much stuff....calm yourselves...

Shit happens. Even Blizzard, who put a very high amount of effort in polish and presentation, run into problems.
Also, I know people tend to exaggerate but I want to clear up some misinformation: The vast majority of Blizzard's Tuesday morning maintenance have gone off without a hitch and have NOT required extended downtime. Please do not spread misinformation.
I appreciate the video and commentary on level 60 legendaries. However, one line I really cannot agree with is the following (8:45):
'This is kind of what Blizzard are doing...they are making the game incomplete at 60 and its going to hurt everyone'.
If there wasn't an expansion that is soon to be released, then I would be in total agreement with you. However, having played WoW for years and experiencing all of those expansion packs and the final patches that always get released right before launch - I can say that these new systems that have been put in place, but don't work perfectly well yet, is the NORM for blizzard. They know that the majority of their playerbase will get the expansion, where the new systems in place were meant to work.
I really wouldn't worry about it much anymore. ROS streamers over the last several months seem more or less content with the new loot system. Additionally, I think the Pros of the new system outweigh any of the current Cons.
