5 hours a week is enough time for any bulid imo.
I think armageddon druids are quite fun. You almost never see them.
If your interested I can try and tell you a build lol.

Jun 18, 2008Posted in: Diablo IIQuote from "Veltras" »I guess the other two runewords are Conspiracy and Hysteric, but I haven't found the proper combination yet.
And WorldRaider... basically there are 3 runewords out there. I thought most people knew this
Jun 18, 2008So you guys all remember in 1.11 (The patch which gave us ubers, keys, and the class specific runewords such as Rain, Enlightenment etc)Posted in: Diablo II
Remember when there were 10 runewords to be released?
Well only 7 have been.
Where are the other 3?
Everyone has wondered about this for ages, BUT Blizzard never confirmed anything.
Can someone refresh my memory a bit? If I remember correctly it was stated that 10 (?) new runewords were added with 1.11, with only 7 actually found or otherwise known?
Am I leaving anything out?
Anyone wanna try their luck?
Jun 13, 2008Well you know how Diablo = Project HydraPosted in: Diablo III General Discussion
and Starcraft 2 was Project Medusa?
Well... in Biology.
Both of these fit under the phylum Cnidarians in animals. Also know as corals, jellyfish, and sea anemones...
Medusa=a moving stage that looks kinda like a spider thingy, while a hydra... well u can google it.
Take it for what it's worth, but if someone wants to keep continuing on this "wikipedia research" look up hydra Cnidarian?
It's the closest resemblance of the two... and it's awfully close.
Jun 12, 2008Posted in: Diablo IIQuote from "Varth" »then perhaps we trade out the light sorc/trapsin for javazon then. After all, lightning is just going to get immuned to death in Hell.
I think there are more fire and cold immunes in hell than lightning.
There are immunities to fire, lightning, and cold in hell. The immunities shouldn't be a problem with other chars can kill them.
Jun 11, 2008Posted in: Diablo IIQuote from "Varth" »actually not really. Even with crap gear a good hammerdin player can still solo pretty far in hell difficulty and with a group, he'll do even better. Though I will agree 4 hammerdins is waaaaay too much.
it would be best to have:
2. fire sorc
3. light sorc (or a trapsin)
4. cold sorc
5. barb (battle orders ftw)
6. Auradin (this poor fellow is for all resist aura late in game lol...how fun)
7. Druid for Oak
8. Necro (curses/corpse explode)
not sure why we'd need a javazon. they are strong characters but we'd have enough damage coming from the first 4 people and could benefit more from auras from an auradin (I think so anyway).
I like your list.
the damage and explosiveness of javs are insane.
Jun 11, 2008Posted in: Diablo IIQuote from "Num3n" »ill join the ladder group.
i think we would need the following
5. barb boer
6. sorc light
7. sorc fire
ima up for starting a group. first to 99
Need a druid. Oak
Nec for curse/summon?
No need for 4x hdin.
first off, hdins suck without the gear.
Require lotsa mana, good gear etc.
Jun 11, 2008Posted in: Diablo IIQuote from "GhostZ" »Well, i know that Bambi plans on getting his char to level 80 in one day. Im not sure how he will because there will be almost 0 Baal games going on, but he knows a lot more about the game than i do. Ive got summer school and then work so really i can only play sometime after 6 CT
Oh 80 in one day isnt too bad. Will take a lot of commitment though.
1-40 Wont take long.
Once you get to hell, leveling in parties of 8 is just as good as a baal run. Except you only have to do Chaos or Tomb runs or even Frigid.
Jun 10, 2008Posted in: Diablo III General DiscussionQuote from "CNSaber" »Thanks for this post! Good info
tRaDiNgYo = gg
I also broke the Diablo movie Legendary Pictures on Bnet forums
Then MD saw
Quote from "Chaosdragon94" »1.) It being posted in the news section kind of crosses this option out, eh?
2.) This year it's a good 1 week and a few days! but I get your point.
3.) Technically, those forums are still on battle.net. They're the battle.net forums! but again, I get your point.
Ok as long as you get my point its fine.
I dont want to get a fight going on
BUT.. when I said that MicahW thing.
It was on Bnet forums GENERAL DISCUSSION. On every single board. Aka tech support, WoW forums etc... It said: Diablo 3 coming on June ____. Mind me this was 2 years ago. But in fact the mod did get hacked.
Jun 9, 2008Posted in: Diablo III General DiscussionQuote from "Chaosdragon94" »You still should have trusted it from being on battle.net :P.
Drysc is a mod for WoW forums, and apparently battle.net forums. Probably others.
1. MicahW was a bnet forums mod. The main one actually. Equivalent to modern day NickJS.
He was "hacked" (not really but hard to explain) once. He made a sticky saying: Diablo 3 will be announced/released on ______. (This was ages ago, back when Bnet forums was active)
So obviously you never know.
2. Why such sort notice. If I'm not mistakened last year it was a good 2-3 weeks.
3. Why was it first announced on the forums and not battle.net?
Hence the reasons for me and him to be doubtful in the beginning before confirmation.

May 16, 2007Posted in: NewsQuote from "xtremecanefan" »Very true...Along with a whole game and 3 expansions they have had multiple huge updates with new skills, weapons and a whole new mode of play. And with another expansion coming out in december. Blizzard has obviously been working on something the past few years and they have done a damn good job of keeping it secret.
and we get no patches...
it's like blizzards dead. and all their lead guys left for other games.
May 16, 2007Posted in: NewsQuote from "NoExplanation" »Wow and Burning Crusade was quiet? I think you are the one that is deaf, or blind.
In 4 years, they've made 1 game (BC+Expansion) You look at GW for example, this is their 4th in what, 2 years?
Blizzard is very slow, and if they announce d3, it will be made in 3 years, and maybe get canceled like ghost.
May 16, 2007rofl I can just imagine them going to the press box, and announcing sc2. answer a load of questions and stuff. then 1 hour later, call everyone back, and say they're also announcing wc4, then go thru loads of questions, and call ppl back again for diablo 3.Posted in: News
Blizz has been really quiet for the last few years, and need something big to put them up there again. This or the blizzcon will surely do so.
