yeah well, i didnt hear about this site on bnet, and sorry if i ropst anything, i wasent here back then, i probably would have if i knew there was a site like this
i know im not the one to talk, but it doesent really help if you older member say theres already been a topic on this before... because the people posting obviosly havent seen that topic and the topic is gone already, i mean, if we didnt post all that again and just read all the old stuff people wouldnt really be active, it would just be like an Ebook, and i rememebr a post sayiing that most people just register and never post anything (either in this forum, or in another, but all in the same idea)
yeah, they're bastards.. if i created a game like diablo and diablo 2 i would always look on the net for feedback from the game, so i would think they have came by this site already, its on google man lol, i bet they have already googled diablo 3 once or twice...
yeah, your ideas are pretty good. killing, how long did it take you to think of that whole idea?? lol its good, its good, it gives it a new twist, and with snows idea, i would only add like, if you make a tp, the whole place sorta shuts down like the ancients, and you cant do it in the same game, or maybe you can never go in again, like killing the cow thing, or just make creating tps in this hell-house make the chars go "i cant do that"
lol yeah it would... but if your friends with some people your automatically someone elses enemy, so you have to choose your friends wisely
it would be a real twist in the story if decard was there in the beggining of the game, but sacrifices his life like halfway through the game, or gets killed or something... but there would have to be someone to take his place as information giver and item identifier (the dark wanderer? like Sylvos said) why, you ask? well if hes travelled a lot and perhaps he still has his memories, he would have had to got a lot of information from all that wandering
where did you get your maphack from? jeez, its really time consuming and annoying now without it ... i know its bad and stuff but it was a real time saver, and time is money for me
well, just because you dont wanna pay doesent mean your a noob, what if you wanna save money for something more important? or what if your income isent so good? even with p2p, there will always be some noobs around there, besides, we were all noobs at one point, it wouldnt hurt to help them out once in a while
yeah, that would give it a real life-like feel... but that could take awhile, and if your like me, you wanna go kill monsters right away! but nevertheless, it is a good idea, dont get me wrong
yeah, and that really gets you thinking... so maybe they had these games planned out in the beginning? it kinda worked out perfectly for a trilogy... hmmm
personally, i dont think there will be. if you remember in d1 there was that romour that if you click a certain cow in tristram a certain number of times you would go to a place called the cow level, it was just a romour but i guess people really beleived it. then in SC there was that cheat code like ThereIsNoCowLevel (or something like that) jus to end it once and for all. then when d2 was in development they put out a picture of cows fighting, and people thought it was an april fools joke, and then when the game came out, they started transmuting, and voila! thats basacly the history of the cow level, and it would be a good idea to keep the cow level for d2, i mean, it was a romour started in d1 by some anonymous player (probably, im not completely sure about that one) and i guess you could call it an inside joke to all those old time diablo players
well, getting back to that arena idea, it would be cool if there was a king of the ring sorta scheme, and there could be a top 100 list of people with the msot kills in a row... i remember being so proud of pking like 10 guys in a row before i got killed, and felt sad afterwards that it wouldnt be recorded somewhere... but it would have to be regulated somehow, so people dont go looking for low lvls to kill. there would have to be a whole arena, and before you enter you have to sign some sort of waver saying that you will accept any loses lol
the art section would be sweet... a top 20 posters section would be sweet too, so you can see how many mroe posts you need be on the list, its like a goal or something to strive for
and another thing... do you guys get money everytime someone clicks on a banner? if so, id click everyone everyday to keep you guys going... maybe you guys could make a profit off this site in the process?
i would not p2p diablo 3... if i just payed 50-60 bucks for a game, why in the hell would i pay more money just to keep playing it? you payed to take this program to your house and install it on your computer, so you got the whole game, and now you have to pay them like they're doing you a favour? no way, thats outrageous, its gotta be free, if i told my parents i have to pay to play this game some more they'd smack me
