Does anyone has kept a Sash of knives version prior to patch 2.1?
Because, this belt was increasing the damage of the Fan of Knives skill by 38 to 50% and also had the possibility of primary stat: Reduce resource cost.
I've kept one (basic legendary) and tried to reroll it in the Kanai Cube.
It became Ancient and also gain an additionnal primary stat.

The idea of the build is base on the proc coefficiency. One of the Demon Hunter skills that has a high proc coefficiency is Elemental Arrow (Immolation Arrow). Using this skill as your only cast combined with Buriza-Do Kyanon pierce effect, lead you to a lot of procs. From there, all you need to do is to find the gear with X% Chance on hit to [Freeze, charm, knockback...]
This combinaison allow you to Knockback ennemies and benefit from the buff of Strongarm wich make monster take [20 to 30%] more damage. You will also fear monster with your Pandemonium Loop ring, wich will allow you to keep distance between you and monsters.
This combinaison allow you to blind ennemie constantly. This will also produce many Nephalem Glory Globes, wich will give you the permanente maximum buff.
Build Advantage:
This build allow you to make a lot of crowd control and help you survive in Higher Greater Rift
