Is there going to be a limit to the amount of cc spells you can use(besides the hotbar limit) ?
CC spells? Like what? And no, there won't be a limit, but if you pick 6 CC spells you're going to have a lot of trouble killing anything. I don't even think there ARE 6 CC spells. My guess is most CC will have a cooldown too.

I should have said for a pvp wizard, and its to be a good support role , and any form of cc, slows stuns ect....
As we know it now, the pure Crowd Control abilities are Frost Nova and Slow Time (bubble). Ice Armor only works if they attack you, but it's a form of cc as well. You could say Wave of Force is some sort of cc (pushes enemies) and if Ray of Frost has a slowing component, it could also be considered cc.
So that's 2 real CC skills, plus 3 others that aren't direct CC. But let's not forget that many runes might give some sort of crowd control (stun, slow) to many other abilities, so while at first it doesn't seem like she has enough skills to be a pure CC character, runes can definitely change that.
I'd imagine the Witch Doctor is the class with the most amount of debuffs and crowd control abilities, so if you're really into that, maybe look forward to his skills.
I don't think there are going to be that many PvP stuns and things. The Wizard will have a couple of passives that could help, like the one that makes arcane damage slow the enemy, that plus the Arcane Torrent skill could be decent at slowing down a group of enemies, but it's really hard to say at this point. I don't think there will be anything in the PvP game like the CC from WoW, but the only thing we really know for sure is they aren't going to balance it.

I thought Jay said something about some abilities are going to have PvP stats so there isn't a large unbalance for some classes.. dunno. I'd like to think that with future patches and content they might do some balancing. Keep the game longevity going besides doing the WoW approach of yay same thing different items for 5 years straight. (I'm all for PvE btw)

The witch doctor looks nice but what about his mobility? Wizards get teleport which I have not heard if it has cooldown
are there other escapes maybe a blazing trail?

I saw an interview they dont want d3 to become an esport so I dont see them spending much time with it, which is sad

Teleport has a large cooldown. It could be possible that the wall of zombies can be used to obstruct your targets movement thus allowing you mobility.

I wouldn't call it large, from the videos it only seemed about 6 seconds. Also pvp balance has been discussed to death on other threads, should post there

Teleport has a cooldown that can be reduced through passive skills. The witch doctor has spirit walk, which I don't think anyone has seen yet, but it is supposedly some sort of escape/movement skill.

I'm assuming they will have diminishing returns for PvP, or at least at some patch for balancing.
