I have never said that cheating is bad, I only gave my definition of a cheat.
Are those D2 codes given to you anywhere in the game? No, that is why they are cheats and not simply ways to adjust the difficulty (like Nightmare/Hell).
What does that have to do with anything? They were added in the game later.
Then why are runewords not cheat? Clearly, they are not given anywhere in the game, and for some to be find you'd need a thousand years of playing fair.
You may say that the example is not fair, but in truth its exactly the same thing. Just because the game doesn't tell you about it doesn't make it a cheat, doesn't matter if its a Command or anything else.
Are you kidding? They are very much intended by the developer. This is no different than Nightmare or Hell. You select it, and thats it. Just because its command instead of a switch or option in the main menu is absolutely meaningless.
They are in absolutely no way cheats.
And on the topic of cheating, most examples here are. Copying saves, blah blah, its all cheating. Don't try to turn around the meaning of words, here. Its cheating, plain and simple.
What you can say is: Yes, its cheating, but I do, because I find it makes things more fair, or its just how I like it. I'm a cheater myself, I will cheat in every single game I got to enhance my gaming experience, adapting the game to be better in my eyes and I have more fun because of it.
There is nothing wrong with cheating in cases like that, but don't call it anything else, it IS cheating.

What does /nopickup do, anyways?
It just means you HAVE to use Alt to pick up items, you can't just click them on the ground, which is actually useful since you will never accidentally pick up something with this one.
And if THAT is a cheat to anyone, then I am laughing really bad.
