Looks like a great build to me, although with that processor(all new computers really) I would advise getting 2 hard drives and installing a raid 0. Your computer will run a lot faster this way.
If I were you I'd get a SSD drive as well, or at least two different SATA drives. I'm allergic to installing my games on the same physical drive I've got my OS on.
I have another drive for my OS, it's like some rando 500g or something I have laying around.
you want to go with an i5 2500k instead of the 2500. so you can oc later when you need it. you don't need aftermarket on some models. check newegg.com customer reviews. there will always be lots of bad products and a few good ones.
I originally was going to go with the 2500k but I really don't plan on over-clocking anything.
The following is my PC build mainly for Diablo 3 and another 5+ years of computing. I do not plan on overclocking anything and the only thing I am missing is an after market cooling for the CPU and maybe some case fans. Is after market necessary for this type of build if I do not plan on over-clocking everything?
Western Digital Caviar Black WD1001FALS 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
COOLER MASTER HAF 922 RC-922M-KKN1-GP Black Steel + Plastic and Mesh Bezel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
ASUS DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner - Bulk - OEM
OS - Windows 7 Professional most likely
Total so far is under 1200$.
Any thoughts or opinions are appreciated. But please if its ATI or AMD related don't bother posting I am sticking with Intel/Nvidia so keep your criticism relative to this build.
Thanks!

No SSD here unfortunately.
