I wouldn't give it a "seal of approval" as in "everyone likes this idea, implement it on a 1:1 ratio".
Because I'm sure some of them would be seen by the development team as way too complex and would have too much impact on the game (literally changing everything about its systems) to be implemented.
The seal of approval would be to indicate "this is a well crafted and seemingly fun idea and we support adding some complexity to the game we love"

They are just well written and presented and could serve as a foundation for the developers to iterate on if they find merit in any of the ideas put forward here.
EDIT: Could we bundle all these great ideas that started cropping up lately (with proper individual credit, of course) and send them to Blizzard? With the DFans mods' stamp of approval, I'm sure it'll be looked at with a bit more attention than if it was 'just' another thread at the official forum.

Couple of ideas:
I think you should remove the 'disenchant' option as there needs to be a 'top tier gear sink' which is currently lacking in D3.
I think that if you decide to keep the item and enchant it, it become BOA and can only be salvaged/vendored after that.
Imagaine if you find a BIS legendary item and then it also has +3 Nephalem Power - it would be worth soooo much. but as soon as the first person chooses to enchant it it becomes BOA and is taken out of the economy.
You could also make the 'Power' affix be a bonus roll. eg not grouped into the 3-6 affix roll.
eg Item Rolls like this...if an item will drop,its ilvl, its rarity,its item type, # of affixes, if it gets a Power bonus affix, level of power affix
Then you could get say a 6%crit mempo with +3 Nephalem Power...
