if these were from another site.. I would think the video would be up by now.
And even if they were... At least he posted them here.
I dont care either way, the fact that we all got to see something today we obviously would not have otherwise is a great thing.
easily x20 more hyped thanks to him
I've agreed with you...up to this point.
I understand making a positive out of a negative....he did pull a dick move. And hyped? Granted, I decided to look around the interwebs to no avail. Yeah..maybe hyped
EDIT: On top of that, noticed the links were deleted. I stand by what I've said of the OP so far
EDIT: Probably best to slap a lock on the thread.
toxic community?? You haven't been around here much have you? Don't let a few bad apples ruin the reputation of everyone on here.
well, to be fair, the community here has SUCKED the past couple of weeks. People are real bored and rather than going outside and enjoying the sunlight for a couple weeks before D3 comes out, people are just acting like idiots on the forum. Hopefully it will all calm down and go back to normal after release.
Dont like it, dont come on here again.
What did you expect? Something like this 'provoked' the community.
If you were honestly contacted by Blizzard that just pisses me off. I can't believe a company would do that. If they did, and sued you for copyright infringement, you should counter-claim for invasion of privacy, which under California law can be done under California Consumer Legal Remedies Act Section 1770(a) for violation of the Invasion of Privacy Act. While its hard to believe this contact actually happened, if it did I doubt it was done through legitimate means. Unless you have your personal contact information tied to your boiler149 moniker, that is some messed up shit.
DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY, I AM NOT YOUR ATTORNEY, NO CLIENT-ATTORNEY RELATIONSHIP HAS BEEN FORMED.
As a side note: After doing a simple google search of your name I found out way more about you than I should have. So I'm pretty sure Blizzard just needed to google you to get your phone number. Doubt the above would apply.
<3 I lol'd at the disclaimer. Even though it was needed.
MP3 is real on my Xbox. As for boiler, I got the full chat log and you just wanted to troll the forum as you interrupted the transfer with the attorney phone excuse /fail. You even rejected access to a 300Mbit dump from an anonymous source, I don't know anyone who would reject that... ever
*Dead thread*
I would reject it because i dont know you or what it is tbh lol. probably just got scared and wants to play it when it drops rather than have a 10-30 day ban. He has it for sure. And I am sure other stores have it in stock right now as well. And if you work there I am sure some managers may let their employee's take it home with em.
Gamestop doesn't. I used to work there. A**holes.
Also, called Blizzard to check this 'claim' or if there was a 'task force' (by claim I meant some random attorney calling the house, NDA, etc. etc.), estimated wait time was 99 minutes.
Blizzard could have found him that quick. lets say dfans gave his account info to bliazzard and he has a bnet account right with his phone as security. They would have his cell number. would take no more than 5 minutes to find him.
Annnnnnd there was no NDA on D3. They wouldn't waste time having attorneys that they (more than likely) pay out the wazoo for just to make a phone call to ONE person to stop something that will spread like the plague over the internet in a matter of hours.
Ok..
As soon as he finished ripping he was afk 15mins and came back saying blizzard attorney called yadyada.. I dont really believe him cause ip lookup needs a court order in most countrys (cant say for the us though).. but hey.. more early deliverys will follow.

Don't worry there are most likely people with bigger balls who are already uploading as we speak.
Nice guys, flame a kid who's given us a huge contribution. way to be a good sport. Dipshits get over yourselves. There is a very real possibility that if uploaded Blizzard would take legal action. You guys don't always have to be raging fucktard about everything and get mad because some kid did you a favor.
Thanks Enty for your support. Everyone can blast me all they want, does not really matter to me because at the end of the day whether you believe me or not I will be the one watching all the special features tonight at home. However, despite what some think, I did in fact receive a call from a Blizzard attorney and that is the reason that I will not be posting anymore spoilers. These pictures where in fact taken and uploaded today and I'd venture a guess that if a Blizzard attorney called you, then you would stop posting spoilers. While I am certain everything will get leaked before release it will not be from me.
*Facepalm*
I call B.S. He may have the CE, which is cool. But I'm not buying the attorney thing. It's one of those 'okay ill do it...nahh just kidding I WANT TO WATCH YOU SQUIRM!" As stated many times before, there was no NDA on D3. Plain and simple. Look at the part in bold though, I rest my case.
EDIT: Furthermore, them tracing your IP, then getting your information without a warrent is ILLEGAL. I took classes in this sort of thing, it would be the authorities before someones attorney calling you.
<<Associates in Paralegal studies. I had to stare at that crap forever, nice try though!
Tool is tool. Troll is troll.
Well it looks like he is not there anymore + how come he asked for people if they wanted informations, but then never gave it? Could be that he stole pictures somewhere else

I hung up.

Or perhaps he is currently working on it?
