I picked up playing the game again a few months ago, ran into the same problem. I still got bored pretty fast.
Honestly, Inferno is a shadow of what it used to be. Any character who could have any success in Act 1/2 before would certainly be able to walk through Inferno on MP0.
Try again, maybe it will be a faceroll.
You're right. (Drunk) Reinstalled D3 (system wipe, PC problems) and just mowed down the act 3 mini boss (fat guy) with little to no problems...wow...i just might start playing again.
The biggest problem for me was hitting a brick wall in Act 3 Inferno on my barb. I farmed gear for HOURS (Act 1&2) and couldn't get gear better than what I had. The only builds I could use were glass cannons (in terms of inferno, if I didn't stay still for longer than a second I could put up a decent fight). After dieing/blowing all my gold on repairs I finally just said **** it and walked away. I WANT to get back into this game..but..yeah..

I laughed hard when he said that d2 had endgame besides farming items. Really?
Then he goes on to say that d3 pvp will not be fun because of oneshotting, then saying d2 pvp was good. Oneshotting is ALL that d2 was about, and it was all because of gear. Adding that wow is not about gear. I dont know...I think he knows alot less than he thinks he does.

Yeah he was blowing smoke out of his ass. I think he went on a tangent and just pulled out whatever he could to emphasize his point just because he has a...fanbase.
Well, in something like inferno wasnt it recommended to have a stun of some kind? Bash carries that in a rune doesnt it?
EDIT: yes, this is frenzy/cleave. Frenzy sounds like it is good for bosses (I say sounds because honestly math isnt my strong point), but wouldnt stun help?
Personally, I just plan on enjoying the game. I'm not really worried about "where the loots at" till I hit max level, because then I'll be gearing for Inferno.
if these were from another site.. I would think the video would be up by now.
And even if they were... At least he posted them here.
I dont care either way, the fact that we all got to see something today we obviously would not have otherwise is a great thing.

well, to be fair, the community here has SUCKED the past couple of weeks. People are real bored and rather than going outside and enjoying the sunlight for a couple weeks before D3 comes out, people are just acting like idiots on the forum. Hopefully it will all calm down and go back to normal after release.

Console is a blast to play...but the only downside is only voice chat and no clans.
