As someone who has contemplated suicide in the past i thank you for your drive to help people get the help they need. I was 6 years airforce and in my fifth year went manic(I'll spare you the details). I was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder which is a combination of schizophrenia and bipolar. I've thought about suicide 4 times now but someone(the big man upstairs) was watching out for me and I never went through with it. People who commit suicide are usually suffering from some form of mental illness that has never been treated or that has made them give up hope for a quick way out of the hardship that medication brings or other types of hardships that come from mental illness.
I know firsthand that life with a mental disorder is super difficult to cope with and thank you again for help making people who suffer this way a ray of hope for the future. Thank you, nick.
