But the idea is that less and less make it through such tests. We used to get bots like hell before some proper precautions were taken here. While we're in the full knowledge that we will never eliminate 100% of the spam bots, programmers and generally logical-minded people are working hard on updates for vBulletin, PHPBB, etc. to cut down on the amount of bots that pass. And, to catch the rest, there's this awesome concept called "live moderation"
Same way with any game- they do the best they can based on the misgivings of their past games. By the time Diablo III is nearing the end of its season, I'm sure bots will be on the rampage again, and new precautions will need to be taken.
There's hacks in every game. What we need to worry about it the possible, not the impossible. The possible being Blizzard/Battle.net actually doing their best to prevent such things.
Oh, we are... Well, kinda. I would consider it providing detailed information to allay a fan's dismay But yeah, since that's all resolved, let's get back to our woes.
They said that? Do you have a link or something, I'm amazed that something like that missed me! However, Mike Morhaime stated in an interview that this isn't the last Diablo we will see! I
I actually do remember this. Unfortunately, I can't provide a link, either. It was in the beginning of everything. This led a lot of people to speculate a Diablo MMO.
Hm, yes, I agree it could have used a bit more. Not gore, though- I don't think that would have worked. I don't envision at least the top levels of the Old Tristram Cathedral as being a spawning ground for possessed intestines. If anything, I think it should maintain its simple lonely, cold, creepy, ghostly feeling. However, I feel it could have been better emphasized, I agree with that.

I agree with you on most of your points, except with Leoric- I thought that the dungeon surrounding him was creepy, and if I were soling it myself I could imagine myself getting drawn in to it. And, of course, Leoric himself looked like a force to be reckoned with.
In any case, you should working on your spelling and grammar- sometimes I can't really understand what you're typing man
Well, then you don't have to worry. They already said it wouldn't be P2P, but have alluded to the effect that some features may require nominal fees. I'm thinking probably things that don't affect gameplay, like founding a clan/guild or character transfers between realms, perhaps.

It's called money.
People get desperate.
This is Diablo.
Ladder resets, dupes, player trends...
People like items. That's why we'd have gold as a medium.
