Now that each class has the abiliy to be either male or female would they be two seperate individuals and have the same basic lore background. Or are they actually just one "person"?

The blizzard website refers to "her" and "him" in the descriptions, but only appears to have one back story per character.

If I'm not mistaken, the lore for each gender is identical with possibly the exception of the male Barbarian. Even then though the differences aren't vast. I think only his dialogue may be a little different seeing as how he was in the previous game.

Well that's interesting, isn't it? They had to write the dialogue for the Barb anyway so why change it at all? I guess they were trying to streamline the recording process as much as possible so it was easier for the female and male Barb to have the same lines throughout the game.

certainly would have been odd if they had only seperated the barb.
