I don't like the lasers. Perimeter is all about lasers, but StarCraft is all about laser bursts... good thing Battle Cruisers are not a common unit, in StarCraft, at least...
P.S.: no, seriously, the banshee is a DIRECT ripoff of the Strafer... Looks the same, fires the same, wtf???
Oh, the OFFICIAL battlecruiser. How special! But didn't we have those in Starcraft I? Given, the effects are better and it happens to be a very large, frightening ship, but how new can it be?
Still very cool; thanks for the update, Chaos.

My tragic tale, I wont prolong,
Rickety-tickety-tin,
My tragic tale I won't prolong,
And if you do not enjoy the song,
Youve yourselves to blame if its too long,
You should never have let me begin, begin,
You should never have let me begin.

Most mechanical Terran units were frustrating anyway just because the SCV's wouldn't auto repair them. A group of 12 Battlecruisers would go a long way, so you didn't need to necessarily repair them after they took damage. But sometimes it would be more cost effective to repair them anyway rather then letting them be destroyed and having to build new ones.
And to get a group of SCV's to repair them too awhile too. Just because you couldn't highlight the Battlecruiser to see if it needed repair or not. You had to click it first to see which one needed repairs, which then made you deselect your SCV's which all in all was pretty annoying.

I found an easy method. get your group and put your cursor over the repair button. there is a hotkey assigned to repair, and you assign your team of SCV's a number. that way you can be doing other stuff, and every now and then you go to where your units are. get your group of SCV's, push hotkey, and click on the battlecruisers. The repaired ones you just right click a bit away from the damaged ones so you know which ones to repair and which not.

I never minded BC's much, I just wasn't too fancinated with their looks.

Yes, exactly. Except I go Protoss.

Yeah that seems to work pretty good. I always did put a group of SCV's in their own subgroup just for doing repairs. I just can't believe they never released a patch that made Terrans auto repair. Would probably greatly imbalance the three races though.

I loved Battlecruisers. They were so ergonomical and functional. The Yamato gun is actually kind of pointless, but just the regular laser batteries do wonders when you have twelve Battlecruisers. I'd wager my money on twelve Battlecruisers vs. twelve Carriers any day.

But, I mean, SC2 is also 3D, that's a whole another style of graphics, too.
