Quick googling and found some news on that, they're indeed very recent. But I've only found 1 website that says it's going to be R$ 900,00 (US$ 500,00), the others say it's R$ 349,00 which is rougly US$ 180,00.
It seems a lot better for R$ 350.00 because SC2 CE cost about R$ 500.00 and I have been told that there are some stores that even today still have some copies left because no one would buy them.
I wonder if someone really bought the game for R$ 900,00 before they got to know about the discount. Wouldn't surprise me, there are a lot of people who paid R$ 3500.00 (almost US$ 2000.00) for the 64 GB Iphone 4S in the Brazillian Apple Store.
EDIT: Only 150 copies that sold out in 10 minutes and there will be an other 150 in the 17th? Man, this is going to be hard.

Here in Brazil today they've announced the CE for R$ 899.90, that's about US$ 500.00.
I really don't think anyone will find a more expensive CE anywhere.
