Doesn't bother me, i just don't see a reason, Diablo players are loot freaks, and many of them are annoying kids, last ting i want and need when I'm in a public game is having to maybe leave a game because 2 players decide to make your life a living hell just because you don't wish to give/trade them your perfect epic drop.
If players want an option that lets other see their drops thats fine, but i don't think that should be the norm.
That kinda thing happened in D2 all the time. Baal would die, someone would ninja whatever unique dropped, and all the babies would cry that it was perfect for them, and that the higher lvl had no need for it, and wouldn't shut up.
Rez, because in a public game, I don't want to talk about it. I don't want anyone who isn't already my friend knowing that I just got the most rare item in the game unless I specifically let them know...
If I'm playing with my friends... I wouldn't mind at all... but for strangers, it's just asking for frustration.
