I don't think Diablo falls under neither of them, its like a mythology on its own.
amen!
To make a comparison, TQ is based on Greek mythology, Loki on Norwegian Mythology and Diablo on Diablo mythology
exactly! And i was considered an idiot for saying that the Diablo storyline isnt directly connected with Greek Mythology but has taken some elements from most existing mythologies and cultures (Act 2, Egypt, Act 3, Aztecs etc).
Anyway, i dont think the supporters of "Diablo storyline is Greek Mythology with different names" have something to oppose our arguement.
Diablo does not copy Greek mythology. Both you guys are correct. It has some similarities, but that's to be expected with Greek mythology's broad fundamentals

exactly.....this is what i was trying to get at. I think that they are related but not much.... Diablo doesn't follow the storyline of greek mythology at all (which I have already said....) but it does have similarities and are connected...

Dream as if you'll live forever, and live as if you'll die today. "James Dean"
Battle Royal of the 3 levels of earth that would be awesome we would proably be a human who chooses which side of the battle to join heaven or hell ultimately deciding the victor

I choose Hell the first time around. That way, when I play Heaven the second time, it feels as if I came back from a huge defeat and put evil to rest for a while.
Anyways, I'm boycotting Diablo II until Diablo III is at least announced. Once it's announced I'm gonna play Diablo I and beat it, then Diablo II and beat it, then I'm gonna play the remainder of my time on Diablo II LoD on battle.net!
Its to unrealistic for that to mean much.
