Blizzard Entertainment is proud to announce the 2012 Battle.net World Championship, a major global eSports event featuring some of the best pro-gaming competition in the world. Slated to take place in Asia toward the end of 2012, the Battle.net World Championship will host this year’s StarCraft II and World of Warcraft Arena World Championship tournaments. Blizzard gamers and eSports fans from around the world will be invited to attend and witness some of the most skilled pro players on the planet battle it out for cash and glory.
We’re excited to be showcasing Blizzard eSports on a truly global stage this year. We're also heavily focused on getting Diablo III, Mists of Pandaria, and Heart of the Swarm into players’ hands as soon as possible. In light of our jam-packed schedule, we’ve decided to hold the next BlizzCon in 2013.
More details about the 2012 Battle.net World Championship and BlizzCon 2013, including specific dates and locations, will be coming in the months ahead.
Seems there's no Blizzcon this year. But I do dare bet they'll announce project titan in 2013
And I was planning on going this year! Curse you Blizz! First you delay Diablo 3 and still don't give a release date. Then you cancel Blizzcon for this year!

I don't always burn. But when I do, I use hellfire.
I'm having a hard time imagining sc2 heart of the swarm will be out by then, and the same doubts for MoP. Both beta's would have to start before april, and don't see Blizzard launching 2 beta's next month =P
I doubt it's because they are too busy (as much as they would like us to believe), it's probably because they really wouldn't have much to talk about this year. We'll probably see the Titan announcement in 2013, then we'll get a release on it in about 5 years.
HotS won't need anywhere near as much testing because campaign testing is done internally and the game itself has a solid base with SC2 as it is. Its not like they're writing the code from top to bottom all over again.
They only beta tested the pvp and battlenet stuff for sc2 I believe... And since they're introducing some new units, and taking some old ones out, the whole thing will basically need rebalancing from point zero. Hope I'm wrong, of course ^^
Seems there's no Blizzcon this year. But I do dare bet they'll announce project titan in 2013
