Health? My health is pretty fine. It will be fine as long as I lead an active life.
You're delusional.

Agreed. An active lifestyle may cancel out a less than ideal diet, but it isn't going to fix lung cancer.

30 - 35 a day!? Damn your like a legend. But seriously dude its God awful for ya. Take your life and subract it by 25 years.
Yeah, that's really bad. The worst I've known was a guy that went through 4-5 packs a day for awhile, granted he was also a heroin addict and tended to smoke almost constantly.
:offtopic:Last time I saw him he claimed he was clean aside from a bit of drinking but you could tell he was still pretty messed up.:offtopic:
There's absolutely no history of cancer in my family, which is fuck loaded with people who smoke 2-3-4 packs of cigarettes per day. Spare me the health warnings.
Regardless, if you think you have decent health smoking that much your sadly mistaken.

Off the top of my head, it prevents, and reduces the effects of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. I know that there's at least a dozen benefits.
I agree with Mephisto, if you maintain an active lifestyle, you'll be fine.
I have no history of cancer (aside form skin cancer) in my family, and quite a few of them smoked in the 2 packs a day range.
As far as my health, I ride my bike 80+ miles every other day. Yes you read that right, 80 miles or more. I don't get short of breath ever, I can run a 100m dash in 10.1 seconds, I maintain 3-5% body fat, I haven't been sick in at least 10 years, my skin has less wrinkles than other people my age, my teeth are whiter than anyone who doesn't bleach their teeth, and I can guarantee that I am much more healthy than the vast majority on this site.
Cigarettes only damage the weak breed of humans. XD
Did you not just read that I ride 80 miles on my bike every other day?
Yes I have a high metabolism, but my dad is 55 now, eats about 4K calories a day, and weighs 190lbs. Everyone in my family is strong, healthy, thin, and athletic. We aren't the stereotypical fat American family.
