As you can see I live in Pennsylvania and in need of a decent ISP.
I have tried the following providers (list will be updated as I try more providers):
Verizon
Comcast
RCN
Hughesnet
Frontier
The previous providers don't have service where I live. Can I have help/suggestions as to what decent ISP's I should try? Links would be very appreciated, and many thanks to those help me.
The current one I have does shitty service and believes we have a problem with our end of the line and why it's so slow.
Update: List of pending ISP's:
Sprint
AT&T
Yahoo

I have SBC at&t and I think it sucks. Now I don't know that net-talk and stuff but my DL speed is 150kb/per sec and upload is cap at 40kb/per sec. Lately been getting slow downs.
Well while we're measuring cocks.. I'm with Videotron. I get 7.5mbps down and 820kbps up. That's like 900kb/s down if I remember correctly. I used to have 10mbps down but opted for a lower speed so I could have unlimited download. It's as fast as I need I suppose but I definitely enjoyed downloading at 1.2mb/s for the 2 years I had it.
Some friends I know who live out in the boonies have satellite internet. Not sure how good that is or if it's available in your area but it's worth a look.

i used to have satellite internet (yes i live out in the sticks =D) and it was pretty awful. it was not reliable at all. it went out all of the time. i couldn't even play games on it without lagging like crazy. i finally got better internet. now my internet is about 2mb down and 2mb upload. the download isn't great but oh well, the upload is beast =P
anyway... i would advise against satellite internet... it also had a cap on how much you could download... which sucked o.O
Hey man, fellow PA resident here. I've worked at a few ISP's here and I know coverage/availability can be a pain. Depending on where you live though there are options. I used to work for a small ISP that ran dsl through verizon lines (which wouldn't help you), but half of the surrounding area couldn't get dsl. So they installed a pseudo-point to point wireless, which while far from perfect (better than dial up pings but usually not sub-100) was able to give access speeds ranging from 512 - 1.5 kbps. Not something you would want to set voip phone service up on or anything, but certainly feasible for gaming.
Only requirement was they would need line of sight to their nearest tower. I may have just wasted my time, but I can't sleep anyway. But if you want more info I can certainly oblige.

I've used an ISP that did the same thing and it was terrible. I changed my sleep schedule to stay up all night so that I could get a decent ping. Guess it depends on the ISP and how many other subscribers there are though. I live in a city.
Trend of tattooing the body is becoming so popular that people don’t make lots of research work. They just follow the picture which they like on the body of celebrities and on the bodies of their best friends. In the race of carving tattoos, often people don’t like to go for ancient tattoo designs. Replica watches, if you will see those tattoo designs which are coming from history then you will come to know that these designs are much more attractive than others. This is the reason, why tattoo latin designs have been overlooked. If you will look at the designs of Latin language, you will surprise to know that all these are capable to carve on the body.Mainly, tattoos latin designs are one of those designs which provide you the chance to put creativity. You can do lots of things with your selected tattoo design Rolex watches and you can amend it according to your own thinking. People, who go in depth of body artwork, really know about the importance of these types of old designs, which are unique in nature. Especially, Latin symbols are very interesting to explore. You can use them with any Latin picture and can see that how much innovation you can bring in your specific body part.
That is way off topic. Mods, get your asses in here and moderate his ass a good one. *mods show up and force him to expose his naked ass to them* Not like that, you damn mods. *Mods look at me* Fuck! Get away, get the hell away from me! *I took off faster than an immigrant that got over the fence and is running from the national guard* AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!
Yeah, you are off topic though... *Cocks a loaded handgun* We were talking about internet service providers, not tattoos... *points gun at Jacksmith's head* I'm afraid I cannot let that happen. *Puts two bullets in the head*

Cogeco is a good one, it's the current ISP I'm using.
They also have a student deal, which adds 40+ extra gigs of bandwidth, and takes down your overall fee by 10 bucks.
Dunno if you've got em down in the states though...
