Seriously though, let me explain. About a month and a half ago my personal life was a wreck and I was really out of shape and depressed. I was falling behind in all my school work and I needed a new job rather badly.
And so I initially requested that Elfen ban me permanently, but later came to my senses as that would just be silly. And so I thought I would just go away for six months and come back feeling better. But I've had a lot of good turn of events recently that make me feel like I can now afford to be on the Internet a bit more these days.
First of all, its Spring again so I can finally start hiking and golfing a lot. This makes me happy cause I'm getting in shape again and I am less depressed.
Secondly, I now got a second job which means I feel a lot better about my finances and when I sit around at home, I can at least say that I either worked that day or did something outside. This has made one of the biggest differences lately.
Thirdly, I'm really caught up on most of my school work and I finally declared my minor in public administration so I now have a feasible plan for my major in political science and I may be getting an internship this summer working for the city which I'm really excited about.
Lastly, I've been visiting the forums recently on and off, and what can I say? I simply missed you guys. I'll talk to Warlord and Caliban sometimes on Xbox Live and they'll tell me about all the different things going on in the forums and it makes me always want to come back. Plus, after reading about the news regarding the Blizzard Worldwide Invitational, I figured it could be a good time to get back into Diablo heresay and conjecture.
So here's the deal, I'm officially back and am very happy to be so. And here's my promise for the future: if ever I have to leave again, I'll just do so and not make a big deal out of it or even announce it. In retrospect, I think my whole announcement was a bit overdramatic and I apologize for that. But I do appreciate everyone's support. I even saw many of you wish me a happy birthday this month and that also meant a lot to me. I hope it doesn't seem ingenuous of me not to stay away for a full six months. But recently as I have wanted to come back due to my improved circumstances, I realized just how long six months could be.
On a sidenote, I've been having a lot of fun with Shelfari. Maybe some of you have heard of it, it's basically an online community where you discuss books with other people. Here's my kickass shelf. I've written reviews for just about every book I have on there! It's been a lot of fun and if any of you want to join up it'd be cool to discuss books with you on there. http://www.shelfari.com/siaynoq/shelf
Anyway, sorry for the long post. I just really wanted to let my fellow Diablo fans know the situation I was in and how it has sufficiently improved since then and how happy I am to be back.
Wooot, I can include you in the comic now! I really wanted to before, but I thought it would be weird to include you if you weren't even gonna see it lol.
Its good to have you back, will you be in game with our renewed clan?
Hmm, undecided. I haven't played Diablo 2 in a few weeks. I'm not even sure if my character has expired yet, though I know my mule is most certainly dead by now.
And don't worry, Blizzard made it so that our characters don't actually expire anymore. If it does say 'expired', then just double click on your character and they should unexpire (unless their name has been taken by someone else).
My last experience of playing Diablo 2 was playing my Martial Arts/Shadow Sin and being halfway to level 95 before I was killed and unable to recover my body. I just don't know if I can ever touch the game again. I should probably get on and liquidate all my great stuff before my char expires.

People often ask me what my Xfire account is and I've never used Xfire in my life. My Bnet account name is simply Siaynoq.

Ahh yea. My bad, I forgot you don't use Xfire. x.x
