Either our accounts are bugged / flagged for bad drops, or D3's loot system is BROKEN : /
Its been over 2 years and they still can't get loot right. No PVP. No competitiveness. No real customization. No endgame. No real choices. Constant nerfs. Slow game development. Negative community. Left in the dark player base : /
Most of us are averaging 1 legendary every 3 hours or 15 rifts.
Most of us will never find a set item we want let alone complete a class set.
No more trading. And no real way to obtain loot except for this broken RNG system.
No more friends playing (all quit)... In game general / clan chat is always negative and repulsive. People complaining in game / forums about how bad drops are... ect
Oh and don't get me started with blood shard gambling, that is a whole new topic on its own.
I can go on and on, but I figure I'll just stop here.
As a long-term BNet user, my account has definitely been flagged for good drops (I confirmed this with REDACTED yesterday, but they also said REDACTED), but when I'm grinding Torment I on an underpowered character that takes 30 minutes+ to clear a rift, the drops are still pretty low. I can't imagine how bad they'd be if REDACTED. Normally, I'd recommend patience, playing for fun, and picking a difficulty level you can still clear at a good speed... also, the rate at which you get upgrades obviously depends on your currently power level and BNet REDACTEDstatus, so your expectations regarding good loot will need to factor those things in. It's a shame you're one of the many people Blizzard has deliberately picked to have a bad D3 experience, but REDACTED until they REDACTED. USER ACCOUNT SUSPENDED: SECURITY BREACH.

Yeah, those are the only two explanations for shit luck. I can't think of another. Oh wait, I did. Shit luck. I played D2 for YEARS and never found a Windforce so don't come crying to me about YOUR bad luck for 2 1/2 weeks of RoS. My "I could give a shit" meter is broke with you people.

Most of us? I just did six T2 rifts in a 4-player group. Four legendaries and one Torment-only set item (WD shoulders). Most of "us" are getting way more than one legendary per 15 rifts, even on Normal. Hyperbole won't get you anywhere. My absolute worst streak was four T2 rifts (solo) with no orange/green items. That sounds pretty reasonable and I bet that mirrors MOST peoples experiences much more than this "1 legendary per 15 rifts" dogshit you're selling. Because that's what it is... dogshit.

This is arguably the most overexaggerated statement ever made.
I'm hardly king of efficiency and I've already found DH gloves and WD shoulders. The game has been out for THREE FUCKING WEEKS and for at least one of those weeks I wasn't even in Master, let alone Torment... and some of that time was spent leveling (not powerleveling) my Crusader and Wizard. Pardon me if it's too blase, but I just cannot be worried about drop rates so early on into the expansion. How fast, precisely, are people supposed to obtain endgame items at low difficulties? Considering how much time I've been in T1+ I'm not even close to concerned that I've only found two Torment-only set items. Not at all worried.
Did you expect to have dozens of Torment-only items three weeks into the game? If so, then I see the problem: your expectations are completely fucked-up.
This is enough. It's your 6th (!) thread within 8 days about RNG. It's totally understandable that you have to blow some steam after being struck by bad luck - I did so myself, and I'm grateful that people put up with that and are still playing with me. I was going nuts as well. Nevertheless, constantly remind yourself that it might just be over and drops start coming in eventually. But creating a new topic every day is not acceptable, at some point - as many others have pointed out - it's becoming too annoying for all the others (there are thousands out there who are sharing your bad luck).
I think you had your fair share of vents, but it's good for now. Thread locked.
RNG is NOT RNG and this is depressing : /
