From what I can see, the majority of the UI components that you are showing us are clearly visible in the hundreds of online videos from F&F game play footage.
Of coarse that doesn't include the two GM menus you've provided (whether or not they're in the F&F beta and available for use, I do not know).
Are those from that emulator project? These are probably used at some times by blizz, dev tools are common with beta. It does not prove being in the final game one bit.
Also I doubt anything with 4 squares can be immediately linked to a controller
Those are some exclusive, unreleased, screenshots of some currently implemented (and hidden) UI components.
Some interesting controls. In this screenshot you can see the currently designed Xbox controls layout.

I'd just like to point out that Diablo III will not be released for Xbox, as the XBL platform just won't work in conjunction with the battle.net platform. One of the main reasons being if you want to play online, you gotta pay. So in other words, it's a PS3 controls layout. And if anyone is trying to read between the lines let me just say that this is not in any way, shape or form a guarantee for a release on any platform other than PC.
Quite a bold assertion based on nothing if you ask me. Do you know whether or not Blizzard has been in talks with Microsoft? Sony? Who says it's imperative that it run under the Xbox live system? Blizzard is known for being allowed to break the rules, so don't count it out just yet
And nobody said it was guaranteed, though after looking at what type of game D3 is, considering the fact that consoles all have standardized hardware configurations (read: They can design it to fit a single hardware config), and that Jay essentially did a plug in the interview videos looking for people to work on it... I think a console version is inevitable. As much as hardcore PC enthusiasts (like myself) want to deny it, the console market is still massive... and Blizzard now has a chance to tap into it. They'd honestly be foolish not to.
I doubt it's for Xbox tho, i'd much rather think Sony PS3, As theyre advertising that position over at Blizzard.com Plus, Sony has an arseload of servers all over the world.
I'm guessing you work for blizzard in the console department then?
If you read this post here you'll understand why most people feel that way.
Edit: Also the fact that PlayStation has cloud servers, while patching on Xbox costs 5 digit sums and above. I'll assume you understand how often Blizz hotfixes and patches its games.
Having a position on their site that is specifically for a PS3 developer is what could be misleading. Discussions on a fan site are pure speculation and picking apart such misleading things companies do. :]

I'm not sure you are looking at the same thing as us then.
Sorry, I was in the middle of editing my post. I hit submit before i prof read like i usually do.

Latest project
Here's the name of this component in the interface tree: "game_dialog_backgroundScreenConsole.game_xbox_dialog_backgroundScreen.[Some more children]"
I mean... I know what they usually mean but.... this is... Diablo?
Edit: Or is Breath the character name? X(

Ha. Bagstone.
I just think its misleading to post something like that when its not a fact that it wont get released on the 360.
Ha. Bagstone.
It was really.
