so i was looking at the other builds and i saw some things i didn't think went well so i fixed the build.
basically on top of a mobs regular chance to drop a health globe, your literally GUARANTEED a health globe drop on a critical hit death (which your critical hits should for sure kill something nearly every time). Regular chance (assuming around 20% from watching gameplay + 55% + 25% + 20% = 120% (assumed lvl 7 runes)) even if the regular chance is 10%, your still guaranteed a health globe on every crit death. AND they heal for 100% more. and even if a mob doesn't die from your crit, they have a big chance to drop a globe anyways (75%) while alive (since the runes don't say 'increases mobs chance to drop a health globe on death'). and your armor is increased by 100% since i believe this build needs ALOT more survivability because its NOT damage oriented, crit oriented yes but not damage so your relying on your crits to kill too much. and will die fast so with health globes dropping all over the damn place with double the healing power you should be more then ok at surviving AND mobs dropping treasure like crazy.
although when overpower revenge and my passives overlap i get a 69% chance to crit with hammer of the ancients which is really nice, but that won't happen THAT often. this also doesn't factor in crits from gear or stats or anything. and if there is a "base crit" every char has I'm not sure. so after everything id say a 80% crit chance when your abilities overlap is most likely around what you will have. so having around 40% crit on average.
basically you cleave cleave cleave spam building fury and war cry, then hammer of ancients spam till you run out. with oodles and oodles of treasure/globes dropping like hot cakes.
just thought this build would be ALOT better at surviving and have better chances at getting drops then the other builds.
wither you used a shield/1hand VS 2 hander is entirely depending on how hard it is to survive in whatever difficulty your farming in. only games release will tell. obviously this build would have defense oriented gear either way.
This build suffers from low fury generation. There is only one single way for you to gain fury, and that is the 4 fury per Cleave, and you don't have the fury-enhancing rune in it. You have 3 skills that each cost 20 fury, which is 5 Cleave for each time you want to use them. Battle Rage needs to be recast every 30s, so that's 10 Cleave per minute just for that. If you can manage to do a total of 50 Cleaves per minute you can thus deal out 2 shouts and 6 hammers (for example) per minute. That's not very much.
In short: you realy need to improve your fury generation, either by adding in another fury generator, putting a golden rune in Cleave, switching Cleave for something else (Bash golden for example) or using Battle Rage golden.
again good eye and thanks for all these suggestions. having someone else's view and opinion really helps in making these builds be the best possible
i edited the build and gave cleave a golden rune and replaced threatening shout with war cry for a lot more fury regen.
also do you think the passive "inspiring presence" which will double the shouts duration and give me 60% max health regen per min is better then the 100% armor passive?

I'm not realy sure which is best. You already get 100% armor bonus from War Cry, but more armor is never a bad thing. Armor only works vs melee damage though. With 60% life regen per minute, that's 1% life regen per second, which is pretty good. Life regen will work against all damage, even ranged. Then again you will have a lot of extra life flowing in from all the extra health globes you will be getting (and the x2 life you get from them), plus more life each time Revenge activates, so that extra regeneration might not be very decisive. If life is in short supply despite all of this, perhaps Bloodthirst is better.
It's hard to say how many defensive skills you need to survive in Inferno. If War Cry, Revenge and Pound of Flesh are enough you could of course switch out Tough as Nails for an offensive skill like Brawler or Weapons Master (for use with a mighty weapon or axe/mace).
very true, but after the blizzcon panel yesterday saying how inferno was "kicking players asses" and that the barbarian ESPECIALLY had big issues with surviving in it out of all classes... lol. they said they are improving his defense because of this though, so the skills are definitely going to change a bit. so we will see. id assume the armor would be better since your MOSTLY fighting melee guys as far as i can see, and they will kill you the fastest. in reality i won't even pick the barb first because i hate how melee classes die so much. most likely pick the wizard or WD first. then once i get some "twins" weapons and gear ill start a barb. lol
