So, I know most of you are happy with all 6 classes that currently exist, but a couple of us want some change, something new.
We've got six different classes, divided in 3 and also divideable in 2:
3 Divisions: The Strenght Classes, the Dexterity Classes, and the Intellignce classes.
2 Divisions: The Main melee classes, and the Main ranged classes.
I've been thinking about what could be added to add some spice to this small list of heroes.
Something along the lines of Rogue, Priest, and Death Knight, based on WoW's classes.
The rogue would be this highly versatile and quick moving melee assassin, that was all around burst damaging (Something melee classes aren't famous for). Hopping all over the screen gnking and striking enemies, backstabbing, disabling, debuffing, and even supporting. They'd have the specific class gear as mantles (shoulder slot) trinkets (amulet) and as weapons, assassin blades (1 handers). For skills, they mostly have melee, but some weapon throw added in it, shuriken toss, and even shadow stepping (teleporting to behind the enemy and ganking them), they'd have a skill that would passively grant damage reduction and when activated they'd enter in stealth mode, being untargateable by anything and causing their next attack to cause extra damage. This would be a mix between Monk and Demon Hunter, retaining the dexterity factor while being a complete melee.
The Priest class would be based on supporting, but would also have a good damage output option. They'd have two types of spells: Holy, and Fire. The fire would be centered around DPS and Damage over time abilities, while the holy would be about healing while dealing damage (kinda like a skill that was AoE which healed members inside while dealing casual damage to monsters within the zone). Their class-specific gear would be robes (chest slot), hoods ( head slot), and tomes (off hands, kinda like sources) This would be a mix of a Crusader and a Wizard, being an intelligence based class while mostly used for support.
Now, the Death Knight. He'd use the power of demise to his own objectives, twisting enemie's minds into doing what he'd want them to do, taking them as his minions and being aided by them in combats. He'd have tanky abilities and damaging abilities. Cold damage would be his most notable perk, and he would have some sort of death steed as opposed to crusader's Steed Charge. Their class-only gear would be runic belts (waist slot), Death Holders (wrist slot) and rune blades ( 1 and 2 handers). He would be a mix of Witch Doctor and Barbarian, retaining the latter's strenght without losing the minions or DoTs from the former.
What do you guys think? Have any kind of class you'd be happy to see in game? What are your theories about new classes? Discuss bellow!!

I've an idea, prepare to be dazzled. Call it what you will, I'm thinking blood mage but it could be d3's "necromancer". Uses vitality as mainstat, yes, you heard me. Resource? None other than Life itself. The class will pack the largest life pool which also uses its spenders (risky for hardcore) and abvioisly a lot of cool down skills that provide self-healing, maybe blood golem could make a return, healing with hits (probably not sharing life, that could be bad). Maybe a nice rune for a skill that would add some of your life pool to allies in the vicinity. I'm just throwing out ideas but it seems like vitality is the only stat that so far serves no purpose (apart from the obvious)

I find it amusing that you're using WoW as a template for a new class in the Diablo universe and "Druid" was not one of your options.
Druid? The only class that could be Str, Int, or Dex based. And go melee or range. Seems like a fitting 7th class to me...
