Hello, boys and girls. I understand everyone's frustration with barely a hind of Diablo 3 coming out. I feel your pain. To be honest, we have a lot of creative minds here. Perhaps we should just make Diablo 3 ourselves. Haha.
Lol... we more then likely have the intelligence, just not some of the skills =)

i've always thought about how awesome it'd be to create my own version of d2...not changing the storyline, just adding some features.
...since d2x is pretty old now how long do you think it would take to create a game with the same graphics as d2x. probably alot less time than it did back then right...
I would be really happy if they officially anounced a D3 but i would also be satisfied for now if they revised d2 by making like an xp version with better graphics and all that good stuff, like they thinking about doing for starcraft
The longer we must wait for D3, the higher standards the creaters must have for it. This means that bad/underdeveloped elements are always being fixed upon, over and over, untill perfection. I see the wait as a good thing, and there is no reason why anyone should disagree.
Sure, they could rush the creation of Diablo 3, but it would be full of bugs, less involved, or just plain icky.

Because if the invisible guy the president believes in isn't the real invisible guy then the real invisible guy gets mad and no longer powers our economy with his invisible hand. Jesus, have you never even read anything about economics?
i think we should be patient and trust in blizzard. but the one thing i would like rushed was the announcement and maybe some progress in the game. that assures us that it will be made. this way we're happy and they dont have to rush the game. also this will bring it to the attention to many viewers and rally an army of loyalists which will ensure them that it is not all for nothing.
my idea= -blizzard gives us a piece of it. (maybe a video or official picture)

-we all post to blizzard telling them to go ahead and take their
time as long as they deliver.
-we all wait patiently so that we get something that looks good but
not quite what we expected like Starcraft Ghost.
Here would be an interesting game for Blizzard to make that would probably be groundbreaking: Make a game primarily based on fan and consumer ideas and input. Then the people would be noted in the credits with the ideas that are in the game.
I have a feeling that Blizzard or any game company watches sites like this one to get some feel for what the fans want. Other wise it would be a game that the level designers want. cough cough Madden series.
