With Man U playing at Old Trafford along with their terrific league form, I am going for Red Devils victory.
However that performance against Benefica was kind of shabby, so who knows...
It's football and has that element of unpredictability.
But ya, ManU win for me.
On another note, Arsenal got shagged by Blackburn.
4-3.
They weren't playing their main formation against Benfica. Chelsea and Drogba started out last season the way Manchester and Rooney are starting this one, you know? There's a higher chance of United winning, because..well...they're United *rolls eyes*
Arsenal should've had 3 more goals in the last 10 minutes or so, but Blackburn's luck was just ridiculous. Arsenal weren't themselves though, that's for sure.
I think Manchester United will turn out to be too strong at Old Trafford. They've been outstanding in the league, even though they didn't impress anyone against Benfica.

Looking at cleavage is like looking at the sun. You don't stare at it. It's too risky. You get a sense of it and then you look away.
I can't even wrap my head around that Torres miss..it was fucking ridiculous. I swear, I could have planted that given the exact same conditions. Chelsea weren't particularly bad, just unlucky, with United being their ol' annoying selves. Too bad.
As expected, the strongest one won. Sure there were odd referee decisions, like first MU goal and ungiven penalty after A.Coles foul, but overall MU was way better. And ofcourse this match is remembered of ridiculous amount of unrealized moments.
As a fan of English PL i'm a bit dissapointed, because it seems at this moment like in this season Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea aint gonna participate in the struggle for champioship...
im confidant that when torres does finally get going, he will roll on. hes a momentum player.
No he's not. He got injured and has yet to regain form. Did he go on such a dry spell at Liverpool, then got going, because he's a "momentum player"? No, he didn't. I really like the guy, I do (I mean, he's a dreamy Spaniard with dreamy golden locks, which I think are responsible for his skill, but that's besides the point. I say all that from a heterosexual perspective, 100%) but he has yet to deliver, and I seriously doubt he'll regain his former form and confidence. He misses sitter after sitter, it's getting sad.

No they weren't. Chelsea kept pushing, but being Chelsea, they'd get a dangerous opportunity, then slack for 15 minutes, for some reason. United are just United. They're sloppy and annoying, and they were in no way "way better".
You're making it sound like Liverpool has been a contender for the passed 10 years running, or something. They have a very solid team, they just need a bit more. They also need to replace Carragher, like, yesterday. Chelsea are Chelsea, tons of unrealized talent poorly employed. Malouda on the bench? LOL. Arsenal are..I don't know what the fuck is wrong with them, they're mindboggling. Thus far, there's a race for the 3rd place. First and second are locked for Man. City and Scum United.

Ah dude, what's annoying about MU? The fact that they win against your favorite team? I hate nowadays fans, they don't root for their own team, they just craptalk about other teams and make up silly excuses for losses, like u are. Try to be more open-minded. I do like Chelsea for their few players like Terry, Lampard, etc. And u can whine about referee's wrong decisions in matches like Chelsea-Barcelona in 2009. But this match vs MU ended up like it should have been, and the final score reflects correlation of forces at this moment pretty well.
Though i should stop trying to talk to football-trolls adequately... "Haters gonna hate."
How and in what world am I trolling? How am I hating on them? They're just an annoying team to me. I don't hate on all teams. I don't mind almost all other teams, or I don't really care for them either way, but United I genuinely dislike. How did two offside goals reflect the "correlation of forces at this moment pretty well" ? Who has United won against that is even worth mentioning so far? Arsenal? They were riddled with suspensions and injuries. Their defense was SHOT. No Vermaelen, no nobody. Bolton? Lol. Tottenham? They weren't themselves at ALL. Rafa and Modric being nonexistent, unlucky everything, low morale, generally and relatively weaker team..not impressive. Chelsea and Drogba started out last season like this. Come back to me when they win against City, Liverpool and Chelsea without any offside goals and lucky breaks. I'm not hating on them or "trolling" them, I just don't like them, irrespective of which team I support.
as a chelsea fan, i want to agree, but as a football fan, i have to disagree. sure Man U and SAF are giant dickheads, and Man U fans are some of the biggest phonies around (compare to non-new york yankee fans or every LA laker fan), but Man U is one of the better teams year in and year out. they play more attractive football now that SAF has unleashed his youth onto the first team. sad to say that but its mostly true.
Torres has been injured (hes always injured somehow :(), hes playing with probably the slowest midfield ive ever seen, and he has to timeshare with anelka and drogba when torres is a better lone striker. but youre right, hes got to get it together soon...otherwise hes going to go down as a huge bust for us..
while drogs is probably my favourite chels striker, hes getting old. we really should have pushed harder for kun aguero this offseason :\

Remember the String of Ears
"to the worm in horseradish, the world is horseradish."
What attractive football? Barcelona plays attractive football. United don't.
It's not 100% about being injured for Torres, he's just not himself anymore, for some reason. Add that to him playing completely out of his position with Chelsea, and dealing with a slow midfield (which is in dire need of Malouda and Essien). Drogba/Anelka is a much better start than Drogba/Torres. I don't even know where Sturridge fits into the equation. Mata seems solid so far.

Need to watch the highlights.
They both had their ups and downs with Torres' big miss being on top of them all.. Anyways, it was exciting!

We need Torres to fuck off.
