Perhaps I am a little out of date with my information, but do we know anything about the state of party skills in this game? By party skills, I am referring to skills that directly benefit the skills user as well as other players in the party. Examples would be the paladins aura, the necromancers curses and the barbarians warcries from diablo 2. I remember seeing the witch doctors terror, but I can't recall any other form. If it is the case that they aren't there, or at least aren't there in abundance, is this a good or a bad thing? Any suggestions on good "party skills" that could be added? To what class?

There will be plenty of support skills. From the Monk seals on the ground, to warcries from the barb, to slow time of the wizard. I'm sure there will be plenty more as well.
With the little skill sets we saw we already can see alot of good party skills.
WD: Horrify, Mass Confusion and Summons (tank!).
Barb: Increase party's defence, decrease enemy's damage, ground stomp (aoe stum) and the taunt like cry.
Wizard: Slow time, mirror images (tank), many cold spells to slowdown the enemies.
Monk: that crowd control-seal-thing, the impenetrable defence, theorically he should gain some auras.

"In time the hissing of her sanity
Faded out her voice and soiled her name
And like marked pages in a diary
Everything seemed clean that is unstained
The incoherent talk of ordinary days
Why would we really need to live?
Decide what is clear and what's within a haze
What you should take and what to give" - Opeth
