Gogok - More CDR

These two gems are highly important. Third gem isn't important at all.

Weapons:
I only strongly recommend In-geom due to its buff being really neat, but this build is in no way reliant on having to kill elite packs. It's just a bonus. Second weapon is kinda irrelevant too, but I like the Fleshrake for small bonus damage. Preferbly make sure to have fist weapons if you can't use in geom due to being able to roll the spirit regeneration stat.

The main priority stuff in this build are:

* Burst of wrath -- Amazing resource gain as your job is to farm cosmics/other stuff on low difficulty where you one shot stuff.

* Leorics crown / pride's fall -- Important combo, use Topaz in helm for more resource cost reduction.

* Gloves of worship - Amazing if you find the shrine that gives more CDR and resource regen.

* 4 set bonus from the dashing set, use RORG to only have to use 3 pieces.

* Cindercoat helps A LOT with reducing dashing strike cost. Make sure to prioritze the fire skills reduction as that's the only important stat -- Doesn't matter if it's 1,2 sockets or wrong main stat etc.

Build Guide

This is a speedbuild aimed at cosmic wings farming, chasing down rainbow goblins in normal or very low difficulties where you one shot monsters (due to burst of wrath on kill effect).

Keep up Sweeping wind and epiphany, use air ally when needed and in some cases you can left click to get more spirit.

You kill stuff with dashing strike primarily.
