First of all: sorry for my bad english i´ll do my best

to the build:

You won´t do damage with that build, you are supporting your mates with crowd-control and damage-boosts for them, so you won´t need any damage-cooldown- or costreduction-afixes on your items. Instead you are looking for attackspeed or afixes that increase your toughness. You should use the white gems for more resistances and the violet ones for life per hit and %life.

otherwise this build is very flexible, you got an alternative for almost every item, so if you need some more toughness you could play with "the eye of etlich" instead of "overwhelming desire" or if you need some more attack-boost for your mates "strogarmbracers" could be the choice.

please take a look if there is any synergie with another item, ability or passiv skill before you change something. For example: "promise of glory" with "blind faith" , "omryn´s chain" with "numbing traps" or "elusive ring" with "vault"

how to support with it:

you will need to protect your mates by controling the crowd, you need to spam "bolas" , "entangling shot" , "vault" and "rain of vengeance" (numlok should help a little bit), so the enemies won´t be able to attack you and your mates

with "entangling shot" , "vault" , "companion" and "nephalem glory" you boost your mate´s damage

and last bust not least "preparation" is in use for having enough discipline for vault
