-Armor & Weapon Gems:
Helm: Diamond
Torso & Legs: Rubies x5 - you can swap them for Diamonds x5 if you are dying too much.
Weapons (use Ramaladnis) : Emeralds x2

-You can use Pride of Cassius instead of Chilanik's Chain for speed runs.

-You can cube an In-geom instead of The Furnace for speed runs.

-You can use "Marathon" rune on Sprint instead of "Rush" for speed runs.

-You can use "Ferocity" rune on Battle Rage instead of "Bloodshed" for speed runs.

-If you don't have enough CDR to maintain Ignore pain with 100% uptime then opt for "Iron Hide" instead. Doing so will result in you having no knockback to trigger Strongarm with.

-If you are playing with a grp and you want to buff everyone, then you can run Sprint with the "Forced March" rune, Ignore pain with "Mob Rule" and Chilanik's Chain.

-Your 5th passive should be Nerves of Steel, use the Hellfire Amulet that has the best rolls along with any of the 5 passives.

-Ideally, you want to cube Obsidian ring of the Zodiac, because it always rolls with sub optimal stats, that said, you can cube any of the 3 rings.

-The Slanderer and Little Rogue weapons set provides more overall damage and toughness, but less speed, fury generation and life regen, you can offset the fury generation by using the "Wind Shear" rune on Whirlwind. If you would rather run with the Bul-Kathos weapons set then change the rune to "Blood Funnel" and Physical dmg % on any item that you would roll with Lighting dmg %.

-Finally, you can turn this into a gold farming set-up, by using a Goldwarp belt, an Avarice band instead of the CoE and a Boon of the Hoarder instead of the Stricken.

-Core:

Max out movement speed first, keep in mind that 25% the max amount you can have between your paragon and gear so make sure not to waste any points.

Max resource is not essential but if it makes it easier to manage your rage then by all means go for it, otherwise ignore it.

Spend the rest of your paragon in STR.

Build Guide

The idea with this build is to maintain an 100% uptime on Ignore Pain and Wrath of the Berserker, whilst having a ton of movement speed to run around with. You want to be fighting in dense packs of enemies to get the most out of your Pain Enhancer. Stricken is there to help you deal with the rift guardian, you can swap that for a Wreath of Lightning or a Bane of the Powerful -use nemesis bracers if you go with powerful- for speed runs. Once you get enough CDR to maintain Ignore Pain and Wrath of the Berserker uptime (around ~50% depending on density due to Obsidian ring of the Zodiac procs) then you can roll Area Damage or STR on items that would otherwise require CDR.

All in all, this is a fairly simple yet fun build to play. It's very versatile and you can change it into a speed build for fast GRs/Bounties or a gold farming build if you would like.
