Manald Heal
You can use whichever amulet you want to go for.
The tal rasha amulet is somewhat easy to get a nice one due to rerolling tal rasha pieces.
You can get Hellfire Amulet with a defensive passive.
Same with offhand, choose whichever has great stats. Tal Rasha is just an example.
Get CDR everywhere you can. It helps you out a lot with getting back ASAP into Archon after going out of it.

Build Guide
Upon entering Archon I recommend killing of as many mobs as possible.
Get Max range on elites if you encounter them early on and wear them down.
Max range is due to Power Hungry passive. Starfire Passive and Zei's Stone of Vengeance.
It's all about getting the roll on. You want to stack up archon stacks all the time. Over and over.
The build feels a bit choppy in the beginning but it's amazing once you get in to it.
Practice makes perfect. The hard part is surviving outside of Archon if you're not encounter elites.
Attack with Arcane Torrent, move, attack, move attack. Teleport, attack, teleport and attack to get back into Archon asap.
