I use this build to speed farm T13 rifts & bounties,

I personally prefer to use Cindercoat over Pride's Fall for this speedfarm since Cindercoat provides +fire% and constant RCR for fire skills.

If you dont have Goldwrap then go with Visage of Gunes in cube.

You want to get about 35-38% CDR to keep uptime on Vengeance, if you can't get 35-37% CDR I recommend going Obsidian ring over Stone of Jordan.
You also want to keep Fire % DMG on pieces that you can.

If you start having trouble with hatred then just swap Wolf with Bat companion.
