Items are used for maximum LoN troll potential. Sword + Board is not as bad as it seems because of the extra toughness boost, but is ultimately inferior to a second weapon.

Hellfire amulet should have Boon of Bul Kathos or one of the 4 other passives. Gogok can be switched with Esoteric or Stricken depending what you want.

Some slots can be exchanged out for other things if you wish to create your own build. There are many variants for this. If you can get Whirlwind damage or Avalanche damage on pieces like helm/boots or maybe shoulder/chest you should do so.

Another possibility is going tri-elemental and using CoE, in which case using a different chest piece and whirlwind rune might help.
