Build Guide

What should I say? Always keep up up Slow Time and Tal Rasha's 4x element bonus. Asap you see enemy, use Slow Time. If you start to slain -> Mirror Image -> Explosive Cast -> Black Hole -> Blizzard -> Spectral Blade until they are frozen/dead.
This is a melee build, capable of easily surviving even without an armor spell, and dealing a lot of dmg. You are a lot likely to trigger Rimehearts legendary 10000% dmg as cold, because when the enemies get hit by Blizzard and get frozen, they are being sucked together and getting dmged by (at max) 3 black holes, 3 explosive casts, 3 Spectral Blades and 4 elements of meteors. Meanwhile being at max Tal Rasha stack, the enemies inside your Audacity radius and your Slow Time.
