Get Pickup Radius of 2 on:
Helm, Shoulders, Gloves, Chest, Belt, Legs, Feet, Bracers
Get Pickup Radius of 6 on:
Neck
Then prioritize Cooldown Reduction everywhere you can get it (neck, both rings, shoulders, gloves, both weapons). Attack speed would be your next best stat, then dump everything else into survival stats. Cube whichever belt you get that is worse and wear the other. Same goes with rings.
Gems:
Diamond in helm, chest, and legs. Amethyst in 1 weapon, Gem of Ease in the other.
