NB. I made an error with my dataset, the actual increase is 4.5% from mobs, not 7%. My apologies for the misleading heading,
* %xp increase does work in GRs (the tooltip is incorrect). When solo you get 10% of the sheet xp increase. In groups this is reduced, but still significant. This build should net your group 4.5% xp increase from mobs.
* Don't use Born's set, it is very slot inefficient. Hellfire ring, Cains set and ruby in helm are the most efficient xp increases - everything else is less efficient or will detract from your utility to the group;
* Removing Oculus will only allow you to gain ~1% extra xp, but an extra Oculus will allow you to clear GRs more than 1% faster (only need to save 2s per run to be better).
Everything else is standard zWW barb, but it is important to hit the following stats:
* Aim for 18+ pickup (though most public groups will expect you to have 22, the max);
* Try to max out CDR on all items. It isn't essential as you have huge overlap on IP, but it allows you to miss the occasional IP when dps' split due to refreshing the cooldown so quickly;
* Enough toughness to survive molten and grotesque pops.
If your znec is wearing Strongarms and Nemesis bracers then use Strongarms yourself and equip hurricane to proc them (damage buff will proc on mobs even if they are CC immune). If your znec is only wearing Nemesis then they should change to just Strongarms and you should wear Nemesis - zbarb cannot proc Strongarms on as many mobs as znec can, so they are better on znec (but best if both have them). You have to proc your own Strongarm bracers.
Other Options:
- Wreath of Lightning instead of Esoteric for more speed;
- Superstition or Inspiring Presence instead of Animosity for more toughness / heals respectively.

Build Guide
Playstyle:
* Stay with your dps heroes. It doesn't matter where the znecro goes, always stay with the dps.
- Any globes picked up more than ~60 yards away will not benefit anyone else;
- Any globes picked up with people on the other side of a wall won't benefit them;
* Stay with your dps heroes;
* Keep IP, War Cry and Sprint buffs up on dps heroes all the time;
* Stay with your dps heroes;
* Try to cast Threatening Shout on all elites and dense clumps of trash mobs;
* Stay with your dps heroes.
As you may have gathered the biggest mistake zbarbs make is they stick with the znec, and the dps' are left without help while moving and recieve fewer globes. Consequently the runs are slower due to lost dps and deaths. zbarbs, stay with your dps heroes.

The maths hasn't been locked down for 4 players yet, as I have only done the painstaking methodical testing for increase of solo xp. We found about a 7% xp difference in GR102 rat runs between using this build and using a standard build. I wanted to get the build out to my clan so I put this together based on the 102s testing, and will follow up with precise values once I find more people to help me test group xp.
Hey Krusty, yeah your maths is correct. The data set I used for my calcs was flawed.
