Build Guide

This is to me the best setup for Bounties and T13 Rifts. It regularly beats Demon Hunters in bounty speed - is a bit slower than Monk while keyfarming, but still makes a solid farmer. And it doesnt rely on In-Geom for speed! For lower GR's just swap out Avarice Band for COE. Of course you want to max your CDR, to get maximum uptime on Wings of Angels and Steed Charge. Since you are not using Illusory Boots, thats quite important. You can minimize downtime on wings up to a split second. Minimum cooldown for this spec is (as with all condemn setups) 56% CDR, but you wanna be more around 60ish. If you're a beginner and lack damage (you shouldnt though even with a normal weapon and low paragon) - swap out Vigilante Belt for WH and Wreath of Lightning for Bane of the Powerful. This build isnt groundbreaking, but I havent seen good guides on this particular subject yet, so I thought I'd throw my variation up on Diablofans... I continuously get good feedback from people who copied this build, so yeah. its a keeper ;)

If you go for Cuisses of Akkhan you can actually wear Andarials Visage with Holy. Or instead of Hexing Pants you can use the Witch Doctor pants Swamp Land Waders, which give around the same damage amplification without the downside of hurting you when you stand still. Sadly they will always roll Witch Doctor attributes also when reforged.

If you want perma wings of angels and more Steed Charge, you can go 1hander. Best is to take a slow 1hander like a speer or mace. Akanesh (25% Holy) seemed to work quite well, so does Sun Keeper, but you'll have to switch Akkarats to Prophet and manage your resource properly. Also your damage will suffer, so I'd only recommend this if you get a GG Akanesh or Sun Keeper and have overall good gear. Heavenly Strength then of course becomes Fervor, which gives you a hefty 15% cooldown reduction.
