Call forth a massive hammer to smash enemies directly in front of you for 535% weapon damage. Hammer of the Ancients has a 1% increased Critical Hit Chance for every 5 Fury that you have.
These aren't even fun quirky builds, just plain bad. The NA one doesn't even have any legendarys equipped but is still using legendary gems and the cube, so what is the point.
If these were builds using the litany ring set to make a build revolve around a specific legendary, that could be fun.
i've done it yesterday at my 3rd attempt.I was thinking about the build and what was the meaning of having Cleave,Dishonored Legacy and on the other side all augmentation for Hammer of the Ancients. All of sudden i read the glyph of Cleave and T Shout, and then i changed my approach, looking for big groups and elites, cleaving, shouting and hammering on right time. And i've made it
This aint as bad as people are making out, you will almost always be behind time by the time you get through the 2nd level, but once you are on the 3rd there is 2 pylons (speed and channeling) and 2 packs of elites right at the start so you will gain alot of time there. if you are still not at 100% there is another yellow elite a little further down the map. i found that just skipping trash worked best for me and going straight for the elites was the best with this build, near the start of the 2nd level there is a power pylon but i left it as you move quite slowly and have no leap so by the time you pick it up and get to the next elite its pretty much gone, in my opinion its a waste of time getting it. hope this helps people

Finally, don’t be surprised if you see some strange builds and gear loadouts pop up in Challenge Rifts from time to time. Maybe the original player hastily swapped characters and was missing a Legendary Gem or two when we captured their snapshot. Or perhaps that week’s challenge is a freshly-leveled seasonal character, with the sort of hodgepodge gear loadout you’d expect. Just go with it. It’s okay to try something a little wacky and “off the meta.” Diablo III is, after all, a game of progression and we’ve all been there. Now, go forth and conquer those challenges!
If you EVER played diablo3 before, the first thing when you get some Paragon Level is max out Movement Speed. The Character this week didn't even do that. Let alone read the effects of his items.
The Band of Might without having a trigger ability being the biggest offender here imo....

Why do these have to be so bad?
No Fury Spender (HotA refunds everything) makes the Weapon Effects and Cleave completely useless.
No Skill to trigger Band of Might.
And worst of all: No Movement Speed on Boots or Paragon. Feels like a snail cool walk faster than this.

That argument doesn't make much sense though.
